This was a special ceremony to present the Wheel Chairs. The scarf Richard is wearing was presented as a gift from one of those receiving the chair.
Carol and Richard were interviewed on Television to tell about the Church's
program for distributing wheelchairs to the needy in Mongolia. It was good coverage for the church.

Can you believe how many lives they have touched! They are doing some amazing work!
I kept thinking that we were just two regular people representing caring Church members world-wide. Isn't it amazing to see what can be done when we work together.
